I am a geologist working as Business Development Manager specialized in the international (renewable) energy markets. My role revolves primarily around market development for engineering and consulting aspects related to green hydrogen production facilities, and their associated (peripheric) infrastructure. Other fields of activity include power grid expansion in Germany and new market development in the MENA region and southern Africa. International cooperation as well as building and nurturing client relationships are also key responsibilities of mine. Until late 2021, my primary focus was on the mining sector in Chile and Peru. During this time, I collaborated closely with clients engaged in extracting large-scale base and precious metals deposits along the Andes. My expertise covers Tailings Storage Facilities (TSF), mine closure, post-closure site utilization, and the (bio-) remediation of soils and groundwater at mining sites. Throughout much of my career, I have carried out geoscientific projects and fieldwork in remote areas such as Antarctica, Patagonia, the Chilean Atacama Desert, and the Australian Outback. Having spent over a decade living in Chile and Australia, I possess valuable international experience and a well-established global network.
